There is a lot of uncertainty, anxiety, and confusion in our industry at the moment. This is completely understandable. This is an unprecedented situation that we hope no business or individual needs to do in the future. Through these new procedures below, we hope to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 now and in the future.
** We ask that guests wear a mask. The best type of mask for us to perform hair services during use, is the type that loops only behind the ears. If you do not have one, we will provide you with one.
** We recommend arriving no earlier than five minutes before your appointment.
** Guests should call to let us know they have arrived or give us a wave from outside.
** We will either let you know that you can come in, or, ask you to wait until your stylist has finished their previous guest and has had time to disinfect and sanitize their station. We will provide freshly sanitized capes, towels, tools and work stations.
** We are communicating with guests so please be patient if we are running behind! Everyone’s hair is needing a bit more TLC than usual and we are taking extra measures to ensure everyone’s safety.
** When you enter the salon we will ask you some pre-screening questions regarding any symptoms or travel before entry. We will take your temperature. We also ask you to agree and to sign a Guest Waiver Form.
** We will now have a $5.00 COVID FEE added to every service. This is to help us provide all the necessary PPE and disinfectant product required to keep you safe and allow for the additional time needed to sanitize thoroughly between each and every guest as we function in a restricted scheduling world.
** We will ask you to wash your hands upon arrival or use hand sanitizer that will be provided.
** Once you have cleared the assessment and washed your hands, you will be directed to your stylist station.
**Jackets can be kept with you at the stylist station or we will provide an independent place to hang it. If it is nice out it is recommended to leave your jacket in the car.
** No outside shopping or carrying bags, food or drinks are permitted. Please arrive with only the items you need during your service.
** Groups cannot come into Style Company at one time. No friends or family are permitted to join unless they have an appointment.
** Children may only be in the salon for hair services. Please bring a second person to care for your child outside of the salon while you enjoy your service.
** Clients needing assistance will be allowed to have their caregiver in the salon during their service.
** If you are experiencing any symptoms or feel unwell in any way, we ask that you reschedule your appointment as you may be asked to leave if our team feels they cannot confidently perform the service.
** We will have a strict no-show policy as our schedule is limited. Cancellation fees will be waved at this time. However, if you do not arrive for your appointment without notice , we will ask you to pay for this service in full when coming in for your next appointment.
** Any staff member showing signs of illness will not continue to work and will self isolate for 14 days.
** Through these measures we feel confident that this will allow our team and our guests to enjoy an exceptional experience while remaining safe.
